By using SUPASST, you accept these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the service.
Description of the service
SUPASST is an AI marketing agent SaaS platform: content creation, scheduling and publishing on the social networks you connect, and related automations.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Connected social networks
When you link a network (TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube…), you authorize us to act on your behalf, strictly within the scope of the permissions granted, and only to carry out the actions you trigger (publish, schedule). You remain responsible for the content published and for complying with each third-party platform's terms. Use of TikTok's Content Posting API is subject to TikTok's rules; some posts may remain private until the application has been audited.
User content
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license, strictly necessary to host and publish what you request. You warrant that you hold the rights needed for the content you publish.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for illegal, deceptive or hateful content, or content that infringes third-party rights or connected platforms' rules. No spam and no circumventing third-party API quotas.
Credits and payment
AI features consume prepaid credits. Subscriptions and credit packs are managed via Stripe according to the pricing in effect.
Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, nor the behaviour of third-party APIs. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the amounts paid over the preceding 12 months.
Termination
You may cancel at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these terms.
Governing law
French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, subject to mandatory provisions protecting consumers.
