14 days from the moment you create your account, on monthly and annual plans alike: when you subscribe, your trial runs to its end — nothing is charged before then (if your trial ends within 48 hours, the subscription starts immediately).

Standard AI models are included without touching your credits; premium models (Claude, GPT, Gemini, Grok…) draw on your credits as usual.

Email reminder 3 days before the end, first charge at the end of the trial unless you cancel from your settings.

One trial per bank card and per verified phone number.

The 14 day trial comes before payment, subject to the trial terms above.

The 30 day guarantee starts after your first payment: request a refund of that first cycle, minus consumed AI credits.

If SUPASST is not for you, your first subscription payment is refunded on request within 30 days of that payment — no reason required, straight from Settings › Subscription.

AI credits you have already used are not refunded: they are deducted from the amount returned at your plan’s price per included credit (what you paid for the plan for that cycle divided by the credits it includes) — we paid our providers for them on your behalf.

Your subscription ends when the refund is issued, its unused included credits, the allocations for the remaining months and your welcome trial credits are cancelled, and a credit note for the amount refunded is attached to your invoice.

If you paid an extra charge on this subscription during those days (a storage add-on, for example), the refund is not automatic: you’ll be asked to contact our support team, who will handle it.

The guarantee applies once per account and per payment method.

It comes on top of the 14-day free trial; it does not replace it.

Each plan includes a monthly allocation (480, 1,000 or 1,750 credits depending on the plan).

What a generation costs depends on the model you pick and is shown before it runs; credits are reserved before every paid action and refunded automatically if it fails.

Credits included in your subscription expire at the end of each monthly cycle.

Credits bought in a pack stay valid for 12 months from the date of purchase — the clock starts at purchase, not at your billing cycle.

Gifted credits (referrals, the “Made with SUPASST” badge, published templates, rewards) follow their own rule: they stay valid for 90 days from the day they land.

Top-up packs from 100 to 1,125 credits are available at any time, usable on every paid model and valid for 12 months.

An optional auto-recharge exists too, with a mandatory monthly cap.
